Homestay run by mrs. Vong and her family of three generations. She is 71 years old. A member of the white tie. The meals were excellent. We had a total of 3 of five to seven dishes each, and no repeats of the food! They were delicious. She is a very friendly lady. Views of the rice patties and feels are excellent. Very calm. Chance to buy textiles made by the White Thai at her Homestay or others.|Sleeping quarters are typical of a Homestay. This means rooms area on stilts with futon mattress on the floor. Open air with mosquito net. They also have WC on same floor.
Very gracious family. Excellent food. A joy to stay at. They had a fabulous folk dance performance for us too.
We were here as part of a group exploring the textile history of Vietnam. We came here for lunch twice. The lady who runs it with her family is a weaver. The food was some of the best we have eaten in Vietnam and the dining area on the ground floor has superb views of the rice fields and mountains.
Very clean and good bed, nice family. Homestay with nice view of rice field. Food also excellent.
